SUNDAY, LAZY SUNDAY

Had about a half a million things we were supposed to do today, especially seeing as we leave in FOUR days... there's presents to buy, basic essentials to stock up on... The house to prepare for the housesitter... Not to mention packing. Ended up pottering around the house, and having a lovely lie in instead... Afternoon naps. Sigh. What fun. Of course, now we're having to contemplate the prospect of not getting very much done at all, and need to rush here and there to try and squeeze what little we can out of the remaining daylight. Still. I. Love. Lazy. Sundays. The countdown to being with the family, fishing (and hopefully being able to not let the fish get away this time!), catching up with friends, the wedding, and, of course, our first hangover cure from Odessa begins (Poached eggs on salmon for me! with a half pint of Murphy's) begins! Getting pretty excited I must admit, even if getting there is a heck of a trip. Art Art
